Nice drill from day 2 of Sabres development camp. 1 v 1 wall work down low with offensive support to make it a 2 v 1. Quick track back, stick lift retrieval to a 2 v 1. Defenseman encouraged to play a tight gap on the 2 v 1 coming back.

Fun 3 vs 3 game from Buffalo Sabres Dev Camp! 2 nets & goalies. 1 net faces other way. Coach dumps puck for 50/50 battle. Team to get puck & pass to a coach is on offense & can shoot on both nets. If defense gets puck they must pass to a coach before they switch to offense.

The other drill was an in-zone keep away. Coach dictates how many players go in the zone and can add players as time moves on, or send everyone at once. Usually started as a 5 v 3 and went all the way up to 7 v 3.
