You know what really grinds my gears? There's a BILLION domains that are bought by somebody and then NEVER used 🤦‍♂️ Every time I try to find a great domain, literally everything I try is already taken. 😔 But when you visit the site, there's nothing. 😠 How do we solve this?

@bytebln I think we're so used to companies making it incredibly difficult to cancel that we don't even look for a simple cancel button anymore. Web(dot)de and GMX are two big players in Germany that do this with their "premium" subscription for example. Most telecoms do so too.

@dobroslav_dev The key is to design for mobile first and change things for desktop instead. Keyword to research: Mobile First Development I use Tailwind and the "standard" classes are always meant for mobile and I overwrite the things I want to overwrite with breakpoint classes. Like this

I just got the confirmation that I own the trademark for the name of @repodcasted now. The German government sent me a really nice certificate of ownership 🤩 And to once actually say something nice about the government, the process was easy AND fast. Incredible.

@CoderAmrin My rule is that if the code is straight forward, no comments. Just clutters the code. If the function is complex and full of business logic, I'll try to make it as simple as possible and add comments to every step of the function.

I can't wait for DALL-E 3 to be available via API 🤩 The results are really great. I've been waiting for this to use for blogpost headers and such FOREVER, but Midjourney just doesn't come out with an API. OpenAI might now overtake them. Too slow, Midjourney.

2023 Recap when I’m back at home. My focus for 2024: Health I have not taken care of myself and it shows (and feels). So in 2024, I will take up sports again, will try to eat cleaner and take care of myself mentally as well. You only have one body and mind.

@dobroslav_dev @midjourney I don't get it how this is not their #1 , #2 and #3 priority. It's a money printing press. If they think they can't handle the traffic, get VC funding. They'd run their door in.
