6 months ago, I ran a 5k in 20:35 (6:37 pace). 3 days ago, I ran a Half Marathon in 1:26:19 (6:35 pace). That's over 4x the distance at a faster pace! The craziest part? I did it only running 1-2 days/week. Here’s how:

Stop trying to optimize every aspect of your life. You don’t need to be doing 95% of the stuff Huberman, Attia, Rogan, or whatever guru you are obsessed with suggests. Learn the basics. Master the basics. Then, if you want, you can optimize the things you truly care about.

An inability to do pullups is almost always more a bodyweight issue than a strength issue. If you're a man and can't do 5 strict pullups, you are almost certainly overweight. And if you can't do 1? You're obese.

1200# Total! Back Squat: 400# Bench Press: 290# Deadlift: 510# Why is this impressive? Because I also plan to run a sub 1:30 Half Marathon next weekend! Excuse me for posting a video of my total again, but I just figured out how to combine videos, and this is pretty cool:

How much would you pay to be healthier, happier, and better looking 6 months from now? Guess what? You can have all of those things for free. All you have to do is improve your diet and move your body.

***Update*** I’m now also permanently banned from r/AdvancedRunning! 😂🤣 I haven’t posted on there since they deleted my post two days ago. They banned me purely because one of the mods saw my post from yesterday on here about how r/running banned me. Truly unreal.

Today, I got banned for life from the r/running subreddit.😂 I posted a version of the Zone 1/Cross Training thread in r/AdvancedRunning and r/running. It got deleted in AdvancedRunning, and I got permanently banned in r/running. Here's why:
