Nothing to see here, just an 1800 miles from new 1996 Lotus Elise I was in today. Felt so light on its feet (K-Series was the perfect engine for the Elise) and steering was a reminder of how good a no-power assist rack can be. Pretty car too. Sorry, no video to follow..

I’ve recently installed a total of 30kW solar panels & 12kW are for the house, supplementing our 6kW wind turbine. Fast discovering solar is not good at this time of year, while wind is ace. Solar did 9.4kwh in last 24hrs, while wind did 42kWh. Watch Harry’s Farm for more info..

After nearly a year of being bashed on the head by the rear tailgate on my L322 Range Rover, I finally got round to fitting a pair of new gas struts. £24 delivered & 10 minutes to fit; no more dropping tailgate. Why do us blokes put off doing these simple jobs for so long?!
