If you exclude April, when there were NO prosecutions only 37 incidents from the remaining 832 were prosecuted or 4.48%. I submitted this in July. There is less than a 1 in 20 chance that the driver now has points on their licence. How is that acceptable @SimonFosterPCC ? #KN68FWF
