opposite. losing weight and punishing others. my ed started from me starving myself to get attention from my neglectful parents and then as i got older it turned into starving myself out of spite because i knew it made them mad. now as an adult i just can’t live any other way

r u getting enough fiber + drinking enough water? u might be constipated and have water weight. i recommend drinking metamucil!! it really helps me have a bm at least once a day 🫶🏻 stay safe

i agree!! but that also doesn’t mean this is neglect either. there’s nothing wrong with saying they should include some healthier alternatives but there is a problem with accusing someone of abuse based off of one video (of which abuse is not shown)

sativa heavy strains and smoking so much i physically cannot move 👍😼 oh or distracting myself with an activity away from food. so like if i start getting the munchies, i’ll go on a walk or read instead
there is someone out there thinner than you, but not working as hard, eating more. because they’re consistent. they don’t restrict for a week and then quit out of misery when they don’t lose. they keep going, and that’s why they’re seeing results and you’re not.

i greened out when my friend gave me ed!bles for the first time. For reference, now about 100 mg will knock me on my ass after I’ve been smoking for a while. Very first time, I took a 500 mg in one go. 30 mins later I wasn’t feeling it so I took another 500 mg. About an hour +
