Day Four Part 2: We visited the National Air and Space Museum. Explored downtown DC. Then onto the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Happy Birthday to Emma 🎂. The rain even paid us a visit to make us feel like home 🇺🇸💙🦢
What a first day in New York! Central Park, Central Station, Times Square and Empire State Building to name a few. Lots of tired girls and staff who have been on the go for 24 hours. All tucked up in bed 😴🇺🇸💙🦢
Senior Debating Society excellent turnout at today’s debate. Motion 'This House believes that 16 year olds should be allowed to vote’. This was PASSED by 17 votes to 15 Abs-1. Well done to everybody who took part and asked questions 💙✅

Second day in New York lots of sights to see. Statue of Liberty cruise and sightseeing. Poignant and moving tribute at the 9/11 memorial and museum. Thousands of miles walked! We are looking forward to an evening performance on Broadway of Wicked! 🇺🇸💙

Day Five: Firstly, we enjoyed a tour of the Capitol building. Got to go into the Public gallery of the House of Representatives. Heard some Congressmen speak. Visited the Library of Congress. We visited the Supreme Court and finished the evening at the Lincoln Memorial. 🇺🇸💙🦢❤️
