My current stats: - 42yo, 6'2", 156lbs - Body fat ~5% - Whole food plant based diet. No alcohol, coffee or processed sweets. No supplements except B12. No protein shakes, etc - Run 5k-10k+ every day (5k 20:34, 10k 50:27), never treadmill - VO2 Max 54 - Gym 2-3 times a week 15-20

Did you know that USDA openly allows traces of feces in meat products? It’s virtually impossible to cut thru animal corpse and not end up with feces on blades and the flesh. This is true for all meats - conventional and organic / grass fed. I’ve told several meat eating friends
