- 42yo, 6'2", 156lbs
- Body fat ~5%
- Whole food plant based diet. No alcohol, coffee or processed sweets. No supplements except B12. No protein shakes, etc
- Run 5k-10k+ every day (5k 20:34, 10k 50:27), never treadmill
- VO2 Max 54
- Gym 2-3 times a week 15-20
