just to let everyone know rubbing your fingers on your nose is not going to reshape literal cartilage and bone, however lymphatic fluid does gather around your face so you CAN drain that by doing a light drainage massage but unfortunately youโre stuck with your nose!

Iโm guessing youโre from the likes of America but in the UK itโs illegal to produce food without the accurate calorie count and there are plenty of checks and tests etc done before the food can be put on shelves so itโs 99.9% accurate atleast.

i feel like parents say this a lot of the time not necessarily in relation to your eating habits but more to do with the fact they probably just bought groceries and donโt want to have to go back to the shop sooner than they want because theyโre lazy ๐ญ

donโt think iโll ever be able to recover knowing it only took a 30 day fast for me to lose 30lbs and then i kept off 25lbs of it even when i returned to normal eating.. round two begins now

fasting is fine and so is 20k steps a day but you simply will not be able to do both. youโre going to be way way too weak to walk that much. fast and do a workout from bed you can find a 10 minute one on youtube and thatโs more than enough + take electrolytes

I donโt agree, if Iโm used to eating no more than 500 kcals a day and now all of a sudden Iโve had 2000 kcals thatโs literally 4 days worth of food for me in one day.. thatโs a binge
iโm just gonna go ahead and say that any person who willingly puts their fingers down their throat to make themself sick to get food out of their system is probably not faking their eating disorder ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
if u start fasting or restricting from next monday (06/11/23) you only need to be disciplined for exactly 7 weeks and you will be unrecognisable by christmas day :)
