@vaulorya good luck!! my recommendation is always getting those meal replacement shakes and trying to drink one throughout the day as well as adding it to cereal, oatmeal, shakes, etc! super simple way to get cals in without it feeling too heavy

@starvmaxxxing tbh she’s older at this point so i think that even if she is recovering or recovered from her ed her body may never look healthy. she probably had an ed for so long that her metabolism and digestive system and honestly her whole body might be severely messed up and she CANT gain

get a watch or pedometer to count your steps/set a step goal! i got a fitbit inspire 2 for 90$ but some pedometers that you can clip onto a belt are around 10$! note: i have calibrated my stride length to be a lot shorter than calculated due to a lack of sensitivity in my watch

@DESDIET hello i come with tips.... fast before drinking because alcohol likes to store ur macros as fat, not use them up. or prioritize low fats bc fat gets stored the easiest!! but alcohol cals burn quick (its posion ur body tries to get rid of). it kinda halts ur digestion tho

overall, you need to set realistic goals. if you don't walk much at all start with getting outside at least once a day-- at the very least a circle around your house, but i recommend trying to go up and down the block once

visually you can do several things to make a walk more interesting: - download a game that incorporates steps or walking (pokemon go!) - set a challenge before you walk to spot a number of items within a category (ie find 10 red things) - download a nature id app

to more easily incorporate walking into being productive, if you live in a walkable city walk EVERYWHERE you can! i consider anything within 3 miles to be walkable, however on busy days i would recommend not having to walk more than 1.5 miles to get to important errands

if a big step goal is intimidating try to set a step goal per hour. it's good to try to move every hour you're awake to improve circulation. for instance, when i work overnights, i set a goal to walk 1.5k steps every hour! helps break up tasks as well

listening to something helps as well! i recommend picking a playlist or album 40+ minutes long and listening straight through. you'll start to be able to gauge how long you have left if you use the same albums! or, try a podcast and ONLY listen to the podcast while walking!
