I beg to disagree. The investors we attract in Uganda are the kind who need this kind of protection. No fortune 500 companies with Ivy Leaguers in Executive Board would come to Ug. It's mainly Chinese, Turkish, Indian and a few Arabs. Their modus operandi calls for protection!

1. An honest post on the reality of lawyering in Ug. Law firms are enterprises with costs to run. What is left after deducting costs is what is termed as profit. The fee notes are dwindling. Economies like Kenya on average have 3 times higher fee notes yet with less overheads!
