We have had a car break in at Forest Mall Lugogo. Precious documents, bags, appareils and electronic appliance. Cpt @Mukulaa @ArrowSecurity I understand this site is now under Arrow Security. Theft occured within mètres of the guards and a camera overhead. Ps assist. @PoliceUg
