Marcellus on Trent. It can give returns of 200x from here. Its MCap is Rs 91000 Crs so it can be Rs 1,82,00,000 Crores, 12x RIL Mcap today.
There is no other author who can write fiction as good as Saurabh.
Sachin Bansal’s Navi offers home loans at 6.4% for ticket size range of Rs 20 lakh to Rs 5 crore and for tenures of up to 25 years. But look at this condition on app installation.
Prashant Jain and Ashwani Kumar is a killer combination. There is so much investing wisdom (with a focus on building the nation's capability) between these 2 people that you can't think of. Sailesh Raj Bhan is the only other person who fits in to this category.
LOL

This is the best news I have heard for Nippon MF unit investors for some time. He is the smartest Fund Manager (now CIO) I have ever met. Congratulations Sailesh Sir. He deserved this long back.
One error in the post. I was so overwhelmed by the number that I missed a Zero in 2000x. It is now 120x of RIL today's Mcap. So once you read this post, just arrange for bags of money, sorry truck loads on weekend or sell your & neighbour's house and invest in Trent on Monday :))
Super piece from Russel Napier. He believes, there is a capex boom coming everywhere. Some interesting snippets from the interview.
"We have not had a capex boom since 1994, when China devalued its currency"
Akash Prakash: "If Apple can source/export $25-30 billion of iPhones from India, given their obsession with quality, then there is no excuse for any MNC to stay away from India."

You should speak to Philip Capital's Vikash Singh. He is the one I trust on metals sector. He is good.
Hi-Tech is one of his top pick. I bought on his recommendation.
Unfortunate.
Mumbai: Industrialist Nusli Wadia looking to offload slum-encroached 20 acres. Even some of the biggest private landowners are helpless and have no option but to get rid of their prime real estate.

Yes, had Japan not been there with us, the mega Infra projects that we are seeing in India are mainly because of Japan International Cooperation Agency (Known as JICA in India). Rest in Peace Shinzo Abe 🇮🇳🙏 🇯🇵 . It is a big loss. You will be remembered as a true Indian friend.
RIP Shinzo Abe san 💐🇯🇵🇮🇳
Thank you for your co-operation for Mumbai Metro, Chennai Metro, MTHL, Mumbai Amdavad Bullet Train project & many more. Big loss for Japan & India.

I am in awe of the latest one which compares depreciation / capex with man's growth

CS estimate mortgage loans to double to US$600 bn in the next five years, and even then, India’s mortgage penetration would remain low, at 13% vs 18-70% globally.
RBL Bank: Not sure what is the issue but these uncertainty is what market doesn't like. Bad not just for RBL bank but for the whole banking sector. Hope more clarity emerges soon.

Vivek Kaul in today's mint. Fortunately in India, real estate prices has not risen to the levels we have seen in US. Hence, economic shocks from real estate bubble should not be seen in India.

More I see Dr S Jaishankar's reply to questions asked on global platform, more I believe that no one (atleast in my generation) has defended India so strongly. Huge respect and a big fan of him.
Wonder if this was considered by any of the Buy rated report. This is bad from a corporate governance point of view. This is not "deep discount", this is giving shares almost free just before IPO. SEBI should ban such transactions for a minimum of 2 years before IPO.

This is wrong. PM Modi said 40% of generation would be from non-fossil sources. Swami wrongly connects with capacity. There is no 1-to-1 linking of capacity & generation in thermal vs renewable as the Generation Factor is 100% in thermal and around 30% in solar/wind power.
Finally these business models are getting caught. “company collected ₹27,562 crore since its business operations from FY03 to FY22 and paid ₹7,588 crore commission to distributors and members".

Not sure who is right as its a unique business model. Management's view could be right in terms of their obligation to customer. But there is no harm in being conservative and agreeing to auditor. Such events damages investor's perception on company.
ESAB, SKF, Whirlpool, etc also contributes substantial contribution to their parent (overseas) market cap. Maruti and Unilever is known to everyone.

India is the best place to be currently today, its a great country. No other country manages diplomacy the way the Indian government does. Developed countries should learn from our leader.

Many peers in industry think that Poonawalla will burst someday. But, I see the cash rich promoter as a strong shield which many don't have. Also, still can't digest the valuation at which they sold their housing finance sub to TPG. They can remain solvent longer than we think.
Happy to know that one Indian company will be a 24 trillion USD market cap company in 20 years.
That will be 8 times Apple's current market cap.
Way to go.

Harendra Singh is one of the smartest promoter I have ever met in Infrastructure space.
Apart from that, he was frank and never tried to say stuff market participants wanted to hear.
I wish India have more of such Infra promoters.
Disc: No exposure to HG Infra/any other EPC.

It was a surprise to see Sushil Agarwal selling more than half of his Aavas shares. Hearing a lot of things, but all rumors. Unfortunately, no clarity confusing Investors. PE seller, public investor selling and now management is also a seller.
Mumbai Infra needs to be given to just 1 player who will do utmost justice is L&T. Scrap L1 system. They will still be cheaper vs current system and give you world class quality. Mumbai deserves this and not BMC's relatives.

Interesting condition just for applying this job.
Also, they want to earn money out of this by charging non-refundable application fees.
