My turn to cook - I decided to fire up the BBQ given the sunny weather. Peri Peri Chicken, Korean rub pork ribs, rump steak, sausages and roasted pepper. Made rosemary and thyme roast potatoes to accompany. Doesn’t look pretty but was tasty with plenty left over for tomorrow.
