$MMTLP Math - This is the breakdown at AST with working interest and McCabe shares that are already at AST. The S1 number is as of 10/1 which I do not believe had Will Stewart and McCabe transfer at the time. If we include that, we have an imbalance of 86m or 52% MMTLP shares.

$MMTLP - I respectfully disagree. Fidelity, 1 of the largest broker in US had a 90% buy order for on last day when the volume was 13m out of which 9m was short reported by FINRA'S. The $2.90 price was manipulated so can't be used without knowing total share out at end of 8th.

What is clear from these funds that held TRCH, $MMAT, and $MMTLP is that size goes from big to small funds. They clearly saw what retail saw and put even pension money to work. Some of them were up 400% or more and didn't sell bc the value is significant. 2/3

$MMTLP- it is simple - take 4b barrels of oil and sell at $5. That is $20b. If you can get $10, you would get $40b. At $10, 165.5m shares are worth $1.65b. At $2.90, it is $278.5m. If anyone official comes up with that offer, they better show us audited aggregated share count🙏

$MMTLP - I believe the AST news the agent meant was that AST now has 221,769,879 shares. This incudes the news shares from McCabe. Essentially, on 12/12, AST, was auth aprox 165.5m shares. They gave DTCC the left over balance of what ever that was direct registered. 1/2
