$mmtlp If your brokerage says zero and MMTLP like etrade does, that is ok. If it goes to grey market/ private sale broker calling you, they don't have to show the price. The brokerage wants you scared. Their goal is to get you to sell for last closing price.

Don't play the jump to conclusions game, NB will still be private. There are MANY shares out that must be reconciled. Being nice on the phone, dropping specific language, and telling people they are a gem to the company and I hope the co. realizes that, gets you pretty far.

Just got off the phone with DTCC, yes the call was recorded. After finra list, the agent (AST) notifies DTCC of the corporate action. DTCC then tells brokers in the letter. So I am trying to find out next if and when AST sent out their notification to DTCC. $mmtlp

The sec approved the TRCH prospectus for the merger with mmat that included the dividend for the oil and gas assets (which had to be separated since meta was not an oil and gas company and was a "green canadian company). Now the SEC files a complaint on that dividend.

Before I make media, here's my take: 1) The whales haven't sold. HCMC had 2 billion in volume in 1 day back in feb 2021. The processes doesn't take any additional energy to process 25 orders or 500 million orders. People are betting on you to panic and set stop losses.
