It was a good weekend all round for Clonakilty GAA at the Scór na bPáistí Carbery final held in Ballinascarthy Hall yesterday.Clonakilty were placed first in 4 competitions, a very impressive showing. Well done to all of the children involved They now go on to represent Carbery.

Great to hear today from loyal Clonakilty and Cork football supporter Jim O’Donovan and he lives all the way in Tyrone now but still a keen Cork supporter! He’s turning 104 next month. 🙂 Jim has just found his medal he won from the first SW division final in 1938.

The walk way in Ahamilla around the front 2 pitches will be open from 5.30 to 8.30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday commencing June 10th for walking only. Pitches remain closed.

2023 has been a great year across our club at every level and especially our successes at U13 and U15 but for our club as a whole this is a massive Week. Our Junior Hurlers go in to battle on Sunday for a cup named after one of our own, John 'Flyer' Nyhan,
