The love of my life got down on one knee in the Pyrenees and asked me to marry him. I (of course) said yes (twice)! We couldn’t be happier to spend the rest our lives together. Excited for many more mountain walks and adventures in the future with this one. 💍🥂❤️

Day 76 of #75Hard Completed it! 🎉 Down almost 16 inches & lost 8lbs. Which means this little body is full of muscle now. 150 workouts 150 gallons of water 150 photos 6 📚 Now to enjoy the holiday season and get ready for Phase 1 in mid-January. I’m having a rest day.

Therapy session 11. Dealing with trauma. So basically 😭😭😭. Went home and ate 🥡, which though not great for me was better than leaving therapy and heading to a bar, which was what I really wanted to do to numb the pain. Therapy continues to be tough. #MentalHealth

Age 31. Finally learning consistency is key to progress Part of moving to Barcelona was about prioritising health Since October I'm down 7% body fat 26 inches 24 pounds More importantly I can do a 3.30 plank Run 30mins and it's fun & I LOVE EXERCISE! It's not a punishment!

I had an abortion aged 24. It was the right decision but still mentally & physically hard to go through. In the UK it was accessible to me and cost nothing. I am terrified that by what has happened in the US today. Abortion is healthcare and we deserve the right to choose.

Imagine a world where ALL your clients paid on time. I think my blood pressure would be lower, I'd carry less stress weight, & I'd sleep! For any biz, this takes the piss (& forces us to be delayed with our own payments!). But for unfunded micro-businesses, it's just cruel!
