Finally after 5 yrs the seeder is finished. it started life as a JD1610 added 1. 2 more rows so 5 rows 2. Hydraulic tynes 3. Replaced lift mechanism and wheels, 4. Modified pull to give level lift 5. Fitted parallelogram seeding boot closing tool press wheel 6. Dual shoot

Starting to see results of our new wet sowing techniques. Broadcast oats with f spreader not great birds like oats. Airboom canola ok I think? airboom wheat prickle chain and roll ok. what do you think? Since sowing stopped raining only had 3 x 2 mm events 🤬😂 farming

I’m fucking furious about ABC cuts. This is all about scrutiny and politicians of any description hate it. They resist ICAC and cut the ABC. Big business owns most media outlets and they own our politicians so we desperately need the ABC to maintain balance. 🤬🤬

Spot the difference between Seed Terminator and not. Ideal situation for Weedit Dual mode 50% blanket rate will get the selfsown and 100% spot for the larger broadleaf. In dual mode you purposely deactivate sensors to ignore cereal and only hit large weeds

How good is this! The Chaser won award at Eyre Peninsula Field Days. We’ll done Agtronics on a great design, uncompromising height control with both wheeled boom and ultrasonic height control of boom tip. Much shorter transport width and robust design.

Anxiously waiting to see the results of our unconventional seeding techniques of spreading pickle chain and roll. 50% more seed hopefully covers our rs. Prior to sowing forecast 2mm we’d get 20mm since sowing forecast 20 and get 2mm. Never a dull moment 😀
