He can also be transported from jail to court every day. That’s how it works. Nobody delays their trial while in jail. They wake you up, bring you to booking, watch you get dressed, cuff you and transfer you to court. After court, they cuff you again and bring you back to jail.

A former judge said today, judge Merchan can sentence trump to jail for contempt to be served at the end of his trail even when jury is in deliberations. And every time he breaks the gag order more jail days can be added. This way trump won’t be able to delay the trial. Do it.
