Tomorrow 7AM something extraordinary happens. For the first time in 18 months, grain will leave this farm for sale. 550 days of zero income (and very low income in the 365 before that!) is a bit hard for any business, especially cropping when farm management costs remain.

Not great day, little bloke to local hospital ED again. Chronic issue but resting at home now. I learnt again: 1. Our socialized health system is a gem, must be sacrosanct, nurses and GPs in the public system are heroes. 2. Drugs are very bad. Some awful scenes. Dont do drugs.
