Happy Sabbath, my friends 🤍 What stood out to me most at church today was: Pray out loud whenever you can. Find someplace you feel comfortable doing so, and have a conversation. It will help you feel closer to Heavenly Father, and not have it feel rehearsed or routine.

After years of feeling incredibly lonely, in a tiny basement with no windows, I've just realized how I haven't felt that way for a few months. Moving to a bigger place with light has helped, but in reality it's the friends that I have made and come to know. God answers prayers.🩵
