Personally, I was having bad health issues at only bmi 15.1 and I gained to bmi 16.2 (about a 7 pound difference). Do I feel like shit psychologically? Yes!! Am I still restricting? Yes!!! But, I was able to stabilize my illnesses. Love u dms are always open 💋

our bodies assume starvation which = no food available, so naturally they will want to consume as many calories as possible when they DO get food to prevent starving, i've found this works to help prevent that, hopefully it will help someone else too!
