i usually just chug sprite zero. makes me bloated as fuck but at least itโs temporary and wonโt make me gain actual weight. diet coke would also work but caffeine makes me feel like iโm gonna have a heart attack
sprite zero is my number one binge preventing tactic. it bloats me to hell and reminds me how guilty i would feel if there were actual calories involved.
every time someone tells me iโm tall i literally just hear them say โwoah youโre giganticโ. i feel like no matter how thin i get i will always feel larger than everyone else bc i literally am. i donโt understand why edtwt is obsessed w being tall

honestly my entire camera roll and snapchat memories and notes app from the last year are literally just some form of eating disorder content like if someone looks at my phone at all iโm screwed
first time trying this. way more carbonated than i was expecting lol. the aftertaste is kind of like a pink starburst but honestly the main thing iโm getting is apple juice with a blast of carbonation.
genuinely what the fuck did i eat before my eating disorder like im about to go back and look at bank statements to see the grocery store to eating out ratio
i feel so beyond dissociated after having a body check gain traction on twitter, attempting to recover, relapsing the next morning, then having my first psychiatric appointment and voicing the fact that i have an eating disorder for the first time.

the reverse dieting is just adding to my daily calorie intake until iโm back at what my maintenance calories are supposed to be because my metabolism adapted to maintain at 900/day. once i get to where i donโt gain at my tdee then iโll go back to restricting.

i tried it for the first time a couple days ago and i have never felt more anorexic in my life. that shit made me feel like i was genuinely eating cat food. iโm jealous of the people that can enjoy it ๐ญ

that was like outside of my planned calories for the day and it was all before 10 am ๐ญ Iโm just gonna move on and pretend it didnโt happen instead of trying to restrict even more to compensate. iโm already at a weight plateau that iโve been trying to reverse diet out of anyways

i donโt normally have that exaggerated of a thigh gap. i kind of leaned forward in the picture. it was also after 3 consecutive 24 hour fasts so it was an amplified morning skinny. i appreciate it though!!

iโm 4 lbs away from my original ugw and thereโs no way in hell iโm stopping ๐ญ i think i tell myself ill stop at bmi 16.0 to give myself something to strive towards but i highly doubt ill listen to myself.
having to perform naked in front of people that analyze me and make specific comments on my body that determine whether or not I can pay my bills has got to be the most triggering thing i do. itโs freezing in here and i donโt want to be perceived.

shat myself in target (drank coffee for lax effect and underestimated how long it would take to work) and have passed out or almost passed out in several locations. almost had to go to the er due to constipation like a week ago.

i still canโt eat chips or granola but after about week 2 i was able to eat sandwiches and anything that doesnโt have the potential to put sharp fragments in the extraction sites. iโm so sorry i feel so bad watching you go through exactly what i went through ๐ญ
