Since @itskyleconner is so good at arriving with 0% remaining…he found this corner case a few times :). Bug fixed, piloting right now, will be fully deployed next week.

I remember when the Tesla Energy team deployed our first 20MW of grid-scale storage in California, for @SCE at Aliso Canyon, over Xmas 2017. Three+ orders of magnitude in 7 years, wow!

Thread: Each week I run a simulation of Australia’s main electricity grid using rescaled generation data to show that it can get very close to 100% renewable electricity with just 5 hrs of storage (24 GW / 120 GWh) Results: last week: 99.9% RE last 132 weeks: 99.1% RE (1/4)
