The #NOGRR245 issue is NOT a wind v. thermals issue. It's not a "renewables" vs. thermals issue. It's a "all inverters everywhere" issue, and those inverters support the whole system in tandem with the thermal fleet. There is no argument being made by any inverter-based company

Grid power was out for about 40 hours (late Sat to midday Mon). Our single Powerwall backs up all our critical loads (well pump, furnace, fridge, some lights and outlets). Ran the waffle iron for the kids, the tea pot for wife, and espresso machine for me for off grid breakfast.
