My hot take is that NV, PA and GA are counting ballots really quickly. In CA, 9 out of 53 CA House races haven't been called. In 2018, the loser in CA-21 didn't concede until 12/6. In CA-39, Young Kim went to new member orientation a week before finding out she lost.
