It was 05 and I was new in real estate. My first broker (old school) said that prices had to and would come down. The office erupted in outrage. I believed him. Most of those agents are gone, I’m still here. I caught up with my old broker in 21, he said prices wouldn’t drop.

We’re up about 30% inventory in my so-cal coastal metro. Still relatively low inventory. People think that 6 month supply of homes is a balanced market, but in my area, when we corrected the data, we found it to be a 3 month supply of homes is balanced. I’m so ready for this.
