@angelicfemme444 i made a batch of choc chip cookies but accidently overcooked em so my family didn't want them. But i did. lol. so i covered them in mayonnaise and put them at the bottom of the bin to resist myself. i then got the cookies out the bin, washed them 😭 and ate the whole batch.

@ricecakeskirt My theory would be in your able to prevent forced recovery, you could add 50 calories to your intake each week until your add a high intake like (1700) and maintaining. But I don’t know if this actually works.
