Want to increase your Account Health Rating ⬆️? Your AHR will increase as you successfully fulfill orders and address outstanding policy violations via the Account Health page in Seller Central, either by appealing them or disputing them if you think we made an error.

Tom here! 🙋♂️ Facing an Account Health listing violation, but weren’t sure how to appeal it? 🤔 You’re not alone! Let's walk through three tips for writing an Account Health appeal (formally called a plan of action):
Complete an appeal questionnaire to reinstate selling privileges. It must answer the following:
✔️ What was the root cause that led to the issue?
✔️ What actions have you taken to resolve the issue?
You can view the issues that led to deactivation on the Account Health page.

You'll probably need to find the ASCII code for the actual emoji and input it that way. Web browsers that are able to read the code will display it as the flag. Incompatible browsers (like Safari to Google, etc.) would just display the code itself. -Aly
Violations can be removed from your Account Health page if:
1️⃣ You dispute it, and we confirm that the violation was an error.
2️⃣ The rights owner retracts an intellectual property complaint.
3️⃣ You appeal, and we determine that you did not intentionally violate our policies.
