@MatchingTime @adventuremaxx Not a right comparison. Labor laws are different. If you want American salaries, come and work here in US but also be prepared to put in crazy hours with minimal labor protection. In US, employment is at-will, meaning you can be fired anytime (and vice-versa).

@monitoringbias Observed similar with Muslims in Europe vs America. From my anecdotal datapoint, Muslims in US are far more successful professionally, financially than ones in Britain and Germany. I think it has to do with US attracting more educated migrants compared to Europe.
