@420AttyChicago In criminal law, we get body cams, recorded witness interviews and Coban videos. In 1 case, there were 12 different police officers with 2 hour body cam vids. I wish I could go through documents! Watching videos will suck out weeks of time. Or pay a transcriber. $500/hr indeed!

@ksatnews I believe the DAs office dismisses cases for legitimate reasons. Many are d/m B4 trial bcuz of missing witnesses, & other legit reasons. 1 client pleaded guilty to 2 indicted felonies, but 5 other lesser cases were d/m. Unless they analyze the d/missals, stats can mislead ppl.
