Refunding is hard and also a tough topic when dealing with high-ticket customers at design subscription agencies. I refunded 4.88% ($26,928) of our revenue in the last one year. That’s ~1,000 refunds for a $25/m SaaS! My mantra? Never fight with anyone who asks for a refund.

Getting from zero to $2k MRR. 🔴 Expectation ⚫️ Reality Progress happens slowly, then all at once. It just takes a long time to find something that works. Mainly, one good product and one good distribution channel. For me, it took 2 years, 20 products and 19 failed attempts.
