**Challenge** Tabs were already using post-purchase upsell to increase AOV. But Oliver believed their existing setup (through Zipify) wasn’t firing on all cylinders. The revenue per visit was $2.68/visit, which could be much better for an ecom brand doing 8-figs in revenue.

**Solution** Oliver then installed AfterSell. The team tried using the existing offer, but it didn’t work as expected. We then switched to “Add 2 extra boxes and get 50% off + free shipping.” This offer picked up quickly, and we saw an instant increase in upsell revenue.
