@axeamu As bad as the phrase is itself, what makes it worse is the context it seems to appear in. Any time a man acknowledges his privilege or calls out any form of sexism, some other man will say ‘nahi degi’ to him as if the only reason one can address societal issues is for sex.

The real scene stealer imo was America Ferrera — imo, the real star of the movie. I feel like not enough people are talking about her performance but Ferrera made this movie what it was! There absolutely needs to be a strong campaign for her to get a Best Support Actress nom.
