Having cancer especially having #metaststicbreastcancer that’s gone to my brain doesn’t just affect me - it affects my family too. Nearly 2 yrs since I’ve not been able to drive - no one realizes how isolating that is & I can’t just drop someone off at school in the rain...

Said goodbye to our friend @Hamish_McHamish today you couldn’t have kept me away but not having a car it took me 2.5 hrs by bus & tram then went to wrong church & jogged down the road thinking “Helen you are laughing at me now” Beautiful tributes ♥️☀️ #bemoreHelen @rowenanews

Do you remember when women who had a miscarriage or still birth we’re put on maternity units? Do you think that’s cruel? So is 🔔 in earshot of those with incurable cancer having to ENDURE listening to 🔔 that someone has put up who doesn’t attend any more! 🤷🏼‍♀️ @thismorning

Should we ban the bell-ringing ceremonies which celebrate the end of cancer treatment? Jane Cubbin’s son was able to ring the bell and said it gave him great hope, but Jo Taylor, a cancer patient herself, thinks the bell is 'cruel and divisive'.

Don't think this as blame - use this as info to make change - hugely important research that confirms everything I have promoted for years living with #breastcancer #Breastcancer patients who exercise 150 minutes weekly halve their risk of dying #bccww

Not for the first time in my life, I must admit I'm disappointed with politicians. A handful are making a lot of noise about the disruption to cancer services and other illnesses and a huge thanks to them, but it's not enough. I don't understand why not. Very frustrating.
