Finally!! My very first character. So proud of my progress⭐.
As a lover of nature, my first inclination was to design environments (to be posted soon) and the like and I have low-key been skeptical about designing a character (fear of failure)...

We all have experienced the sting of death whether directly or indirectly.
Using a story arc of 2-1-3, "Brotherhood" tells a tale of two brothers who are all they have and have gone through every stage of life together, but unfortunately, ...1.
If you can't write 2 pages, write 1.
If you can't workout 60 minutes, workout 20 (my favorite part).
If you can't meditate 20 minutes, meditate 5.
Reinforce the habit of showing up.

I've seen people who have gone into debt because of their wedding expenses. I've not thought through on what my wedding in the future would be like, but zero debt and my close knit is a must.
At the hospital where a little boy of 4yo in my cong. had surgery this morning and it's just heartbreaking. A brother came around and quoted the watchtower article 3, I took a quick glance and it's so apt and calming.
MAMI WATA...Just, wow!
I really loved how it was B&W, amongst other things and it will become a spoiler if I go on about it 🤭

Boiling water will soften a potato but harden an egg. You can't control whether you're a potato or an egg, but you can decide to play a game where it's better to be hard or soft. If you can find a more favorable environment, you can transform the situation from one where the...
How interesting! Like, wow. For how old the film is, a combination of so many recent films would not even come close. So much effort, great artistry. I certainly do love the protagonist's character. The entire film was beautiful.
Ridley Scott’s swords-and-sandals classic GLADIATOR was released 23 years ago today. An enormous production full of star names, the making of story is as epic as the film itself.

The kindest people are not born that way, they are made. They are the souls that have experienced so much at the hands of life, they are the ones who have dug themselves out of the dark. Who have fought to turn every loss into a lesson. The kindest people do not just exist-
Wearing my seatbelt is something I'll never need to be reminded about ever again. I learnt the hardest way. It has nothing to do with the frsc, at all!
I remember one danfo experience...
The seat belt beside the driver was bad, but he asked to loop it round myself and sit on it so it looks like I'm wearing it.
To him, passing Lastma checkpoint was more important than my safety, and I was too broke to choose otherwise.

Most people, when confronted with something they don't understand, do not realize they don't understand it cause they're able to come up with an explanation that makes sense based on their own unique perspective and experiences in the world, however limited those experiences are.

So I decided to watch "Suits" all over again and there's just this excitement I have watching "Jessica Pearson's" (her real name being Gina Torres (just found out)) scenes. She's just SOOO good and was perfectly cast as the boss.
In lands of mystery, where the oceans meet,
Stands a sentinel, majestic and discreet.
A guardian of sailors, guiding their way,
A beacon of hope, both night and day.
Amidst the tumultuous waves that crash,
A solitary tower, firm and steadfast.
I am always so disappointed when people find out that I exercise/workout and they make statements like- "what are you working out for?", "But you're not fat", etc. I love how she dissects the benefits of exercising beyond what meets the eye. Please be informed!
