Again 3D Animations seem to be the move.
Just 8 videos, 30k subs.
Amazing development this channel has had, from doing videos with nearly no animation to the last 3D masterpieces.
Day 53/100 of finding new interesting channels.

Not a fan of AI but this channel is crushing it, also a very good niche to build a skool community or ecom store around it.
Day 4/100 of finding new interesting channels.

Just 3 videos, 1.6 Mill Views, 14k subs.
Owned by
@pleasefixasap
.
Day 11/100 of finding new interesting channels.
You may think crime is a saturated niche.
Might be, but you just have to give a little twist, set yourself apart from the competition just like this channel did.
Well branded and offering something different in a popular niche.
Day 3/100 of finding interesting channels.
Perfect example of what your channel should look like.
Everything´s perfect here, killer video ideas, branded, thumbnails, storytelling etc.

Day 23/100 of finding interesting channels.
Memes usually make good thumbnails.
This creator adapts this famous memes into the packaging of his videos, simple but effective.
Not that new but still very interesting to copy this type of thumbnail for other niches.
Day 7/100 of finding interesting channels.
I gained 600 followers in the last 6 days using the method as this channel.
They provide instant value but also promise more as the video advances. They sell progress.
Day 1 to 100 is a great format for every niche in every platform.
Day 45/100 of finding new interesting channels.
You´re just one good video away from monetizing.
Struggled with the first videos but found his style in the last one, I´m pretty sure it´ll be a great one if they continue making such great videos with that format.
Day 19/100 of finding interesting channels.
Perfect example of a translated channel.

Same content, just for Spanish audience.
Over 60k generated just by spending few hundred in translation.
Day 20/100 of finding new interesting channels.
Just 18 long videos 10,713,083 views.

Day 14/100 of finding new interesting channels.
Another 3D channel, 23 videos 149k subs.
Once again 3D animation seems to be a great resource to use, you´ll still need good script, packaging etc.
This channel is made with Steam Games, you don´t even need an animator.

125k with just 25 videos.
The " ___ Iceberg explained" concept is one of the best ones I´ve seen, can work in every niche.
Over 4.7 Mill views in 3 videos using this concept. Over 2-hour videos that are basically compilations.
Day 7/100 of finding interesting channels.

The best example of a subniche, this channel only posts about a famous pool player, still got 157 Mill views with 56 shorts.

Translated channel with 1.2 mill monthly views.
3 RPM approx, 80k generated just by translating their content.
They also have a Russian channel.
Day 26/100 of finding new interesting channels.
Yes, you can be monetized with just 1 video.
One of the best ways to do it? Long documentaries on a high demand niche. Crazy storytelling on this one.
Day 16/100 of finding new interesting channels.

Movie Niche, great storytelling and ideation. Doesn´t have a specific type of packaging but the ones with the white background seem to work quite well.
DAZN contacted one of our boxing channels to promote their pay-per-view fights allowing us to post their fight highlights, while the UFC claims copyright if you post a few seconds of a fight.
Big companies are starting to realize the potential of "small" creators. (150k subs)
Now imagine the potential if you translate your thumbnails, animations or with a high quality human VO...
If you have a succesful channel translating it is just free money.
From my experience AI usually just works for shorts, high quality videos need high quality solutions.
My Spanish channel made me $3.5k last month
And I only spend 30 minutes a month on it thanks to AI
Comment “TRANSLATE” and I’ll send you a doc explaining how I do this 💰
Spanish RPM is no joke.
This is how I achieve good Spanish RPM:
- Older viewers
- Good US% of viewers.
- Good % of TV users.
Adding those 3 factors to a good AVD and a good niche and you´ll have the best RPM possible for Spanish.
I started the 1/100 days finding channels inspired by
@KPMYouTube
and
@jansousek1
.
I was always searching for channels to outbound my services so I thought it´ll be cool if I showed them.
I´ve seen that
@infinity___ytb
and
@matteocambiaggi
got some hate because of this trend.
We work for companies that spend 5 figures a month in creating content.
They´ll destroy you if you work with the cheapest editor, voice actor etc.
High quality videos will make you successful.
@LeanderHofkes
For me a branded channel is the one that can be recognized just by their style. Thumbnail style, animations, editing, narration etc. Usually correlated with quality.
In the same way you could recognize some jordans without the logo.
Some people ask me about AI Dubbing. I´ve tried it in different channels and the result was always similar.
Here are my thoughts about it:
Quality: Personally I think it´s not good enough yet. Translations are shit and voice quality is also not good enough yet. You´ll need
MASSIVE YOUTUBE ANNOUNCEMENT.
YouTube just dropped
- A hype page for small channels to get discovered and upvoted.
- New brainstorm tools, including AI thumbnail generation.
- A discord like community page for creators to connect with their audience.
- Rehaul of TV design
1.2 mill right now, while the original one still sits at 300k.
Even with the RPM being lower, the small competition makes getting view much more easier than in English.
800k views in 12 days for a client.
(1 hour video)
That same video in English got 290k in 5 months.
Same video, no extra effort for them, Spanish is way more unsaturated.
Take
@wannercashcow
advice, longform is king on any language.
What is the least amount of days it took you to monetize a channel?
From 0 to 1000 subscribers in less than two weeks for a client.
Just translating their original channel, he has now two streams of revenue for the same content.
I started this account about a month ago and we´re already at 1000 followers.
The Twitter Youtube Community is absolutely incredible, met some amazing people that provided a lot of value.
Personally it´s been my best month so far, so I have to say thanks to everyone supporting!
@ZlatanGeld
@wannercashcow
It´s the same video but we translate the voice over, thumbnail, animations, text in the video, title, description and tags so it can perform as well or better than the original.
@wannercashcow
@noahmorriz
First one is 100% true. I´ve seen a lot of channels fail just because they were recommended by another channel. Specially for dubbed channels
Always let Youtube find your audience.
It was never my objective damaging
@nexlevio
or
@noahmorriz
.
I wanted to show channels I was discovering and also encourage begginers to start their own channels without having to pay to search for new channel ideas.
@Himanshu142004
I´ve worked with Spanish channels that usually have lower RPM but higher views and it was around 5-6. So for English must be around 15.
@wannercashcow
Spanish and German are definitely the top ones because of views and RPM.
Also Portuguese and French are very interesting always depending on the niche, from my experience those are the second best after the other two.
With Hindi we´ve experienced crazy views but very poor RPM.
With this being said, I think nexlev is an amazing project and a great tool for Youtube creators.
I just wanted to provide free value to people that haven´t started their own channel or are still at the beginning.
@thekevinjon
That´s the real deal, we also work for some Media Companies and they´re making real money with their documentaries. Youtube is just one of their multipe sources of revenue.
@matteocambiaggi
And I think more Media Companies would start to invest in Youtube. I don´t see why Warner or Universal could not create a Youtube Dept just to post videos and create channels.
@noahmorriz
If you crush it on Youtube and one day the business model ends (I don´t think it would) companies would kill for someone with so much experience creating viral content.
@workwdeeep
@thomassbrgs
From our experience, it is always better to make a new one. You have to translate thumbnails, text in the video, animations etc.
Channels that add audio track usually don’t get that much increase in views as the views that a new one gets and is also better for sponsorships.
