(its slowly changing, but still common) sexism is horrid in Japan.

It's more forward thinking and that tends to help foreign people feel more at home. plus Kansai people are friendlier in my opinion

@Strife_SSB @Mr_RSmash "The population" Is irrelevant. Japan is tiny so all the players live within an hour plane ride (at most) to a nation-wide tourney. Also, their monthlies have the same level of players as American S tiers. Getting a notable placing at an Umebura is no small feat. at all.

Before firing there has to be a massive paper trail and note of attempted coaching. so Jap companies just put said (1/2)
