1-3% per month is all you need. Consistently. Chasing 20% a month will damage you mentally. Couple years ago, everyone was impressed with the real numbers beating the S&P500 until it all got inflated by social media making you think 10% every month is normal with 1% risk.

If these firms start adding profit caps per day but have the same 2 phase targets (13%+ overall) I’m out. I value my time too much to be getting a whole 13%+ with those mad restrictions. To then even question your payout at the end too and wait for payout times etc bi weekly
