I often wonder why I — a Baptist Dixie-American, who loves Hispanic culture, and learning languages — am so drawn towards Eastern Christianity. I looked at the West and while it was beautiful, I have felt a call towards the East.

I avoid online beef, generally. But the recent beef I've seen between 2 members. I have chosen a side. The reason behind this beer is stupid imo. If side-A has been dishonest, God knows, and he will have to repent and come to terms, but until then I'm siding with him. God bless.

Pray for my dad, he's going to the heart doctor tomorrow to get his chest pains figured out. If they can read anything on the EKG they'll most likely do a procedure that stops then restarts his heart, but it's risky.

Being raised Baptist and basically anti-Catholic; it is a hard road looking into the Church, it's a harder road accepting the Church, and it's a harderer road trying to practice the Church (I can't). But after 9 months and finding verses, I'm the closest I have ever been.

Idea: get a bunch of Christians into a single neighborhood and form a HOA that prohibits non-Christian values. It won't be strict on stupid stuff like house color or gardens, but it would highly encourage community, self-sufficiency, and Christianity

Unpopular opinion: Your first house should not be taxed, but any house after that should be taxed; and it should be increased after each property. An additional idea, the first acre of land shouldn't be taxed either. Please don't ask for logistics, I am an idiot.
