Here are 3 principles I extracted after conducting a post-trade analysis:
1. Showed a profit on day one and didn't give me much pressure the subsequent days post-breakout because of follow-through
$VIX is 34.62. For those that don’t know if you divide VIX by 16 you get expected volatility.
34.62/16 = 2.16
2.16% volatility in the markets can be expected.

$NVDA is showing signs of being in the middle of an exhaustion move
1. 6 days up in a row

Quote of the Day:
"You only need one bull market to get rich, and change your financial futures. You only need one. Learn the setups, learn how stocks move, learn what moves stocks, and memorize the patterns. You only need one bull market to change your finances forever."
My process summarized:
1. Stocks in stage 2 uptrends
2. Stocks showing decreased volatility and volume drying up on the right side of bases
3. Stocks that have shown to make big runs in the past
4. Stocks with earnings and sales acceleration
5. Stocks with skyscraper volume bars

Despite the dollar and yields moving higher and today's ugly reversal, here is why I don't think the overly bearish sentiment is warranted - SIGNIFICANTLY less net lows in the NASDAQ on this pullback than other legs lower during this bear market.
We could very well be putting
These two principles will clarify your process:
1. 99% of the biggest winning stocks were above their 200-day MA before their big moves
2. 96% of the biggest winning stocks were above their 50-day MA before their big moves
Cycle after cycle, there is one crucial thing I am reminded of. Trading strength is favorable only when $QQQ is above a rising 10 MA thats above a rising 20 MA.
And,
Buys most always show a profit right from the start without any headaches day 1.

Druckenmiller uses two methods of market timing
(1) technical analysis
(2) liquidity cycles
The great thing is liquidity cycles follow a sins function historically so in bad periods, you know good periods eventually will come.

On top of this, we have many weak minds out there especially nowadays. People lack accountability and responsibility.
If you show up consistently everyday and do what you say and think, you are far ahead of the game.
$CELH reminds me of a $NVDA $SMCI 6-month base heading into earnings in 2 days. Let's see what happens. This is a potential EP I would be all over - easy to understand business, capturing market share, trendy, huge acceleration in earnings and sales YoY and QoQ.

$SMCI I personally think this is the best stock in the stock market right now. It has all the ingredients of a true market leader. The (red) lines I drew may be ugly, but it just shows what this stock has going for it.
I’ve had many people criticize me for staying in cash rather than go short. Today is a prime example of why shorting isn’t that simple. You are dealing with an environment of heightened volatility.
I aim to trade low volatility, high alpha environments. Cash is king for me.

New Bull? Bear Market Rally?
Who cares.
If there are setups trade them. If they work, trade larger and more frequently.
If they fail, trade smaller and less.
If people focused on more weekly setups and then only used the daily and intraday for entries, they would have much less frustration and greater probabilities of success.

Here is a pdf of America’s Greatest Winner’s by William O’Neil.
A new part of my daily routine is to review 1 of these charts to continue conditioning myself on what to look for each and everyday.
Masters strive for simplicity while amateurs complexity.
I have a simple mental razor to keep me out of danger and headaches.
Long stage 2 uptrends.
Short stage 4 downtrends.
Sit-out and neglect stage 1/3 bases and tops.
When bear markets turn into new uptrends, we usually always get persistent overbought conditions. People are conditioned to fade this rally, but this is actually a sign of great strength.
NYSE New highs-new lows cumulative plotted with a 50-day SMA. We crossed decisively for the first time all bear market. The 50-day SMA is flattening and looking to begin an uptrend.

I don't think people fully understand the extent of the Biden 44.5% tax on long-term capital gains for people who make >$1 mill or even worse the 25% unrealized on people over $100 mill net worth.

$CEG $VST $NRG $GEV are some names I am eyeing.
A clear theme from my weekend screening - nuclear power generation
$CEG $VST $NRG $SMR $NNE
As we all know, AI takes enormous power to train and maintain. Nuclear can become the most efficient and cheapest form of energy.
I turn 22 years old today. I won’t bore you with a 22 lessons thread, but for the younger audience of mine:

$TMDX checks every single box for me for an Earnings EP.
1. Big Earnings and Surprise - MASSIVE Earnings surprise (800%) at 537.5% YoY growth and the second quarter of earnings acceleration. 4 up revisions for guidance.
2. Big Sales and Surprise - 133% YoY Sales growth on 16%
If I were to do an O’Neil exercise of boiling the stock market down into the most promising 10 stocks as of now, these would be on the list.
$ACLS $ALGM $LSCC $ANET $FSLR $NVDA $WING $ELF $AEHR $PANW
$QQQ now >8% above the 50-DSMA and over 7.5 ATR above. Historically, these are areas where we should expect at least a digestion or pullback. That previous yellow dot represented when price is greater than 8ATR above the 50-DSMA.
$CORZ update. Patience is key. Now we have an A+++ hight-tight flag pattern out of an IPO base.
@markminervini
taught me that IPO base -> HTF patterns are one of the most bullish there is. This is also part of the blockchain and AI theme.
$CORZ a small and relatively thin blockchain and AI-related name on close watch. It came roaring out of a perfect IPO VCP base and staged an EP shortly after making almost a 200% move in short order. This is one watch for a shallow pullback for a potential HTF.
Many are saying blowoff top $NVDA $SMCI
You know that they both just broke out of a 6-month digestion and exhibited flawless breakout characteristics?
Blowoff tops don't usually come after 6 months of digestion...
$NVDA $SMCI can correct through time over price to cool off
$SMCI I personally think this is the best stock in the stock market right now. It has all the ingredients of a true market leader. The (red) lines I drew may be ugly, but it just shows what this stock has going for it.
The reason I sold the rest of my $SMCI today was that it is triggering many signs of a climax top and checking the boxes of a parabolic short.
A large-cap making a 200%+ move within 4-5 weeks and now accelerating on two gaps and a third tomorrow as of now is too frothy.
