RE: the gym- do NOT go to the gym for like 6 weeks min if you get COVID. You could do permanent damage! I went from multiple work outs a day to missing almost an entire year of school because I was bed bound after a dual viral infection, and my health has never been the same

Okay, so with a lot of help I've filled out an ADA request form for staff to mask, to have a private room, to be allowed to go outside should I need to unmask for any reason, for HEPA, and to open a window should CO2 rise about 800ppm. Let's hope short notice doesn't matter🤞
