In the early hours of Friday morning my Mum after suffering a fall was taken into Bedford Hospital, oxygen levels were low and now being treated for Covid. With ltd information on her condition described as conscious I really don’t know how poorly she is, come on dig deep Mum.🙏🏻

Thought I’d mention for the dumbasses I’ve seen this last couple of days riding sports bike with their girlfriend/wife wearing just shorts and a little vest top that getting stuck under a bike against tarmac can still happen even when the sun’s out and hot!! Bellend’s. 👌🏻👍🏻

31 years ago today an HGV driver after driving over his hours fell asleep at the wheel, the resulting crash on the M25 claimed my Brother Paul’s life. I can never forgive you, you utter wanker for what you put my family through particularly the mental health my Dad suffered.

International women’s day and good news. Mum Sawf is out of hospital tomorrow! Last 6 weeks she has fractured the top of both femurs, had pneumonia and Covid. She’s genuinely as tough as they Come 💪🏻👊🏻😁!!!🤞🏻for a continued good recovery. Thank you #NHS we are blessed🙏🏻

I still can’t get my head around the fact Rossi started in GP when I was winning at British Championship, I then retired some 5 years later, had 3 kids with the eldest now 18 and he’s only just finishing and still so unbelievably fast. Thanks, it’s been a great ride to watch.👏🏻

@matoxley my experience of how tough a GP is, my example in 96 was this, I’d put up the fastest 2 wheel lap ever at Brands that year on a 250 with a 46.6second lap, won 96 British 250 title, qualified 2.4 sec off pole at GP & finished 16th and lapped and felt decidedly average.🤷🏼‍♂️

So my 1989 TZ 250w has just arrived at St.Neots motorcycles for a full renovation. I can’t wait to see it when @ASawfordRacing has worked the magic on it. It’s been sat in the garage of the owner for 28 years.

@SteveSawford I had a long chat with Itoh-san at the TT when I worked for Suzuki. He carried around the pistons and rods from his TT winning - like thimbles!

It wasn’t to be @DixonJake day today but I’m so glad he made the jump from BSB to Moto 2. It was tough to watch but this won’t be the only chance he’s going to get. To say it’s character building won’t cut it much tonight, but it is and he did a great job. 👏🏻
