Professor Miki Sugimura has been appointed as the next President of Sophia University. Her term of office will be from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2029. Sugimura will be the first female president in the university’s history since its founding.

Fundraising piano concert led by Sophia students! This project (June17-21) offers you a chance to play the piano in front of BLDG-No.6 during the lunch break. A fundraising box is placed near the piano, so please give a donation for the disaster relief if you enjoy the music!
Until June 14 this year it is Ramadan period for Muslims. During Ramadan, "Iftar" meal is available in a bento box at the Halal Café & Deli on Yotsuya Campus after 6:00pm. Non-Muslims are welcome to try this meal, but please respect their custom to eat it after the sunset.
