This is a figure from the paper: So Scipionyx was found to be a juvenile spinosaurid; Compsognathus and Sciurumimus were non-spinosaur megalosauroids; Juravenator was an allosauroid; Xunmenglong was an early tetanuran; and 3 named Jehol taxa and Mirischia were early coelurosaurs.

The allosaur on the bottom is now in a weird position, so the only thing that it can definitely reach? The leg! Striking the leg, this causes the bottom to be off-balance, and the top allosaur is pushing down, both animals fall. Clumsy big predators.-🧵(7/9)

This family was born from the reanalysis of Proceratosaurus bradleyi by Oliver Rauhut and colleagues (2010), which placed it inside Coelursauria, instead of formerly thought Ceratosauria Further study of would have Proceratosauridae placed inside Tyrannosauroidea (3/)
