I'm reporting on the case of a teenage severely autistic boy, who doesn't speak, placed in a care home where he suffered "significant harm" according to a recent court judgment. He lost four stone in weight and was restrained at least 199 times
I followed this case in the High Court, obtained confidential documents, the consent of the teenager, the permission of the judge to quote them.

Family court hearings are often tense as judges decide whether children should be taken into care …or which parent they should live with. One parent may allege the other has abused…even assaulted or raped them.
