While pivoting from a competitive market (twitter tools) to a less competitive one (procrastination apps), I noticed that SEO is easier. Before, I struggled to find anything under 20KD, now almost every keyword I find is under 20KD. This looks promising for SEO

The one feedback that I got the most from ReplyMore was that the price was too high. I know it's bad to decrease the price of a product, but I kinda agree, it is too high. So we're changing it from 29,99$ to 9,99$ What good is a product if no one uses it anyway

I noticed people were setting to high of filter. So I changed it from free input to ranged input slider. I'm basically trying to make users use it like how I'd use it. So that they get the best value from it (I use it more than everyone)

Even though the launch of ReplyMore was a success (20k views, top 5 on PH) it didn't convert to paying users. 1 week in we only got 2 of them. Either the price was too high for small twitter account Or it just doesn't have PMF yet. However I'll still work on as I still use it

My impressions graph while using Reply More. It was around 600 impressions while on the 20 reply / day daily goal. Increased it to 50 / day, started averaging around 6000. I might try to increase it to a 100 🤔 btw we're currently 5th on PH, support would be helpful

So the main feedbacks I got from free users on ReplyMore were : - The ads were annoying - The feed was jerky (when the filter is too strict) - The pricing is steep I can fix the first two easily but idk how to handle the third one.

Premium+ definitely works in terms of replies impressions. I do 50 replies per day (I track them using ReplyMore) Average impressions from replies without Premium : 3k Average impressions from replies with Premium : 6k Around 100% increase.

It's 3 month since I made my to-do list always appear on my monitor. This was the only time in my life where I didn't forget about what needs to be done and do other things instead. I'm thinking of releasing a small extension that allows you to do this using chrome side panel
