I don’t think there’s anybody in EPL that does that job better than Xhaka. If you say Ndidi, he has good interceptions, but he doesn’t have the range of passes in Xhaka’s locker? Who else? Bissouma? He’s a big fish in a small pond, so he looks good. Can’t stand next to Xhaka.
