@chefkeva_ Cigarettes - I started when I was 17 and quit when I turned 20. I think the main reason I smoked was b/c I did not know how to handle my emotions, so I would smoke heavily. Once I went plant based I dropped the habit. I used to have urges but now I find them disgusting. 😖
